Enterprise AI · 10 stages

From lead to a deployed solution

Every corporate engagement runs through the same managed process. Stages 1–4 are sales; 5–9 are delivery; stage 10 is the continuous monthly service.

  1. 01

    Lead and first contact

Enquiries arrive from the community, the website, partners, events and outbound sales, and are logged and answered within the target time.

  2. 02

    Initial discovery

A 1–2 hour meeting covering objectives, systems, repetitive manual steps, current AI tools, security requirements, budget and decision-makers.

    Sales
  3. 03

    Opportunity assessment

Each use case is scored 1–5 on benefit, feasibility, cost, risk, data availability, dependencies, readiness, regulation and speed.

    Sales
  4. 04

    Quotation and contract

Scope, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, schedule and price are fixed in the order before signature.

    Sales

    Solution design

The selected use cases are designed in detail: data flows, tools, models, approval points and error handling.

    Delivery
  6. 06

    Building or configuring

Automations, agents and integrations are built, then tested internally before the client sees them.

    Delivery

The client tests against the acceptance criteria; findings are fixed and re-tested.
