AI-specific terms
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated content. The user reviews AI output before use and is responsible for its use. Client data is not used to train models. Human approval is retained at critical stages.
Terms and privacy
These terms govern both services. Where documents conflict, the order of precedence is: later special terms → order and service description → service terms → other general terms.
Data protection
Roles, retention periods, processing locations and permitted uses are recorded per engagement. A data processing agreement is concluded where we process personal data on the client's behalf.
Which terms apply to you
A
AI Community · consumers
- Total price 1,200 € incl. VAT 25.5 % for a fixed 12-month period, one named user.
- Paid in full before access is opened; the period starts when access is delivered and ends 12 months later without notice.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, subject to the digital-content prior-consent rules below.
- Mandatory consumer protection law applies and is not limited by these terms.
B
AI Community · businesses and sole traders
- Price 1,200 € + VAT 25.5 % (306.00 EUR), a total of 1,506 € for a fixed 12-month period, one named user.
- Company name and business ID are given with the order; the named user is identified in the order.
- The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to an order made for business purposes.
- Access is personal to the named user and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
C
Enterprise AI · businesses and sole traders
- Sold to businesses and sole traders only; not a consumer service.
- The included scope, monthly capacity and deliverables are defined in the order.
- Contract period, notice period and payment terms are agreed in the service-specific order.
- Delivery begins only after a written order; extra work requires written approval.

Before a consumer completes payment, the following is shown or linked, and no approval is pre-selected.

For an order made for business purposes, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Business orders are governed by section B (AI Community) or section C (Enterprise AI) above.
AI Community · Order terms
Terms that apply to every AI Community order

- Price and currency
- Launch price 1,200.00 EUR incl. VAT 25.5 % (net 956.18 EUR, VAT 243.82 EUR). For an order made for business purposes 1,200.00 EUR + VAT 25.5 % 306.00 EUR = 1,506.00 EUR. Standard consumer price 4,500.00 EUR incl. VAT. Launch price valid until 31 December 2026. All prices in euros.

- Payment
- The membership is paid in one payment before access is opened. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
- 03
- Delivery
- Discord access and the onboarding guide are delivered to the named user on the day payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Term
- Membership starts when payment is received and Discord access delivered. It ends automatically after 12 months without notice and does not renew unless separately agreed.
- 05
- Personal use
- One named user. Access may not be transferred, shared or resold. Materials remain the property of the provider; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for the membership period.
- 06
- Content and support
- Ten content modules and the updates and new materials published during the active membership period. The content and publication schedule may evolve as tools and practical needs change. Support through the defined support channel. No unlimited personal consulting or software development.

- No guaranteed results
- No specific business, financial or technical outcome is promised. Results depend on your own use, starting point and execution.
- 08
- Community conduct
- Do not share confidential data, personal data or material infringing third-party rights in the community. Community rules apply.
- 09
- Customer groups
- AI Community is a single membership that can be bought privately or in the name of a company. Mandatory consumer protection law applies to consumer orders. Enterprise AI is a separately agreed service for an organisation.
Consumers
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it by sending an unambiguous notice to claude@aimarketingmandate.com or by post to Standertskjöldinkatu 1, 53200 Lappeenranta. Identify the order and the customer. Simply not using the service is not a withdrawal notice.
Losing the right of withdrawal does not limit your statutory rights in case of delay or defect. A withdrawal form is included in the order confirmation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to an order made for business purposes by a company or a sole trader.
Digital content
Confirmation of prior consent
If you have given express prior consent to start delivery of the digital content during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and received confirmation on a durable medium, the right of withdrawal for that digital content is lost when delivery begins.
Payment alone, or logging in to Discord alone, does not remove the right. The consent is requested separately and is never pre-selected on your behalf.
The confirmation is sent with the order confirmation so that you have it on a durable medium.
Privacy
Privacy notice
Controller: Pennanen Group, business ID 2604187-1. We process contact, order, membership, Discord, support, project, invoicing, marketing-permission and technical log data to answer enquiries, deliver and invoice services, run the community, develop the services and meet legal obligations. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent for non-essential cookies. Data is shared only with necessary service providers (hosting, Discord, payment, invoicing, accounting) and never sold. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Data is kept only as long as the purpose, contract or law requires. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
